Duties
- Deliver excellent customer service in-store, by phone, and via email by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable products and solutions.
- Process customer orders and source required parts and products efficiently.
- Accurately match and cut keys for duplication requests.
- Maintain high store standards by restocking shelves, ensuring product displays are tidy, and supporting overall store presentation.
- Assemble and set up in-store displays, including equipment such as lawnmowers, line trimmers, and brush cutters.
- Use PacSoft software and linked handheld devices to locate, track, and managing over 60,000 products, including:
- Scanning and verifying pricing.
- Checking stock levels and locations.
- Reviewing last receipted in dates.
- Bulk printing product labels and tickets.
- Linking and de-linking digital price tags.
- Locating and de-locating stock when required.
- Report suspected stolen or damaged or lost goods for accurate stock adjustment.
- Operate WAV and JXO machines to safely hoist, lower, and move heavy products; use pallet trolleys in accordance with safety procedures.
- Adhere to all health and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for customers and staff.
