Duties

  • Deliver excellent customer service in-store, by phone, and via email by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable products and solutions.
  • Process customer orders and source required parts and products efficiently.
  • Accurately match and cut keys for duplication requests.
  • Maintain high store standards by restocking shelves, ensuring product displays are tidy, and supporting overall store presentation.
  • Assemble and set up in-store displays, including equipment such as lawnmowers, line trimmers, and brush cutters.
  • Use PacSoft software and linked handheld devices to locate, track, and managing over 60,000 products, including:
    • Scanning and verifying pricing.
    • Checking stock levels and locations.
    • Reviewing last receipted in dates.
    • Bulk printing product labels and tickets.
    • Linking and de-linking digital price tags.
    • Locating and de-locating stock when required.
  • Report suspected stolen or damaged or lost goods for accurate stock adjustment.
  • Operate WAV and JXO machines to safely hoist, lower, and move heavy products; use pallet trolleys in accordance with safety procedures.
  • Adhere to all health and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for customers and staff.
