Cut seven lengths, for spacers mark centre line on all and align.

Add the under support using your spacers to get even. Glue and screw down but only glue down and don’t screw the two outer pieces (don’t screw yet we do that after we have cut the shape.) This is because we are going to cut the shape on table saw.

Make a sliding jig for table saw. Picture doesn’t show it but it using part of the mitre gague in the mitre slot.

Add the base to the jig and start cutting. Now you can see why we didn’t screw the two outer struts and only glued them.

Use table saw to make round. Just take your time and be careful. What I did was cut the corner off first at 45 degree and then nibble away at it.

Add some decent castor wheels and screw in the two out struts we didn’t glue before. One round base.

 And you have a circle mobile plant trolley base.

This good for those big heavy pot plants. Although I notice she needs a plant in the pot… ?????
