First cut length 130mm.
ReSaw on Band saw to a nice width.
Chamfer both faces
Sand
And more sanding
and we have five blocks?

Just need to flush cut off the dowl.
Sanded, 3 or 4 coats of linseed oil and added the vinyl. Hayd3n glazed and cut the acrylic, Xaria made the vinyl.
